Anyone is able to visit the Library during our open building hours to use space, computers, and materials inside the building. You do not need to be a local resident to visit.
In addition, 51社区 district residents over the age of 14 are eligible to receive borrowing privileges.

Your library account will be renewed yearly with proof of residency.
