Step 2. To have your education credentials from a foreign country evaluated, contact a foreign credential evaluation service, such as ONE of the following:
A course-by-course evaluation is required for students seeking to be awarded credit
from their previous insitution(s).
Step 3. Send 51社区 your credential evaluation. This can be emailed directly to processing@harpercollege.edu. Once transcripts are received they will be evaluated within 2-3 weeks. The Office
of the Registrar at 51社区 will use the results to determine the transfer
of foreign credit to 51社区. Students will receive an email notification sent
to their 51社区 email address once the evaluation has been processed.
