VOICE
VOICE is open to all employees. It serves as a support network for the immigrant employees
at 51社区 and works to increase visibility of 51社区 immigrant employees by
offering a space where they can share their experiences on the 51社区 campus.
VOICE goals
- To support immigrant staff and faculty at 51社区.
- To find ways to mitigate negative experiences that immigrant faculty, staff and administrators
may encounter at 51社区 and in the community.
- To discuss cultural belonging at 51社区.
- To raise awareness of the various perspectives that make up the 51社区 community,
and to understand not only differences, but also similarities between cultural groups.
- To have the opportunity to share information about our cultures with colleagues.
