51社区 worked with the community to develop the FY2021-FY2024 Strategic Plan. The plan sets a strategic course for the College as it strives to achieve its vision as an innovative and inclusive institution, the community鈥檚 first choice and a national leader for student success.
The theme of the strategic planning process was 鈥淵our Voice Our Potential鈥� and highlighted the importance of gathering input from all stakeholders. A series of dialogues and events occurred to ensure broad input from all. The planning process was conducted in the following stages:
