How to schedule a by-request session
- Submit a Request
Complete the form on our website. The form will ask for your course information, the help you
need, your availability, and whether you prefer to meet online or in person.
- Appointment Scheduling
The Academic Support Center front desk will review your request and contact the tutor.
The tutor will confirm their availability within 24 business hours, and the front
desk will finalize the appointment.
- Confirmation
Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive confirmation from the ASC. If
your session is online, your tutor will send you a meeting link.
Please note: By-request appointments may take longer to arrange and depend on tutor availability,
so scheduling on short notice may not be possible.
